Q: How can I assure list accuracy?
A: Nothing is more important than ensuring your list(s) are correct and up to date. Spending a few minutes updating your list(s) will save you time and money in the long run.
Q: What is the best time to send my message? (SMS)
A: The Medianet System is set to AEST. If your message is business related, ensure you submit your message between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, local time.
Q: How does my audience like to receive information?
A: Take the time to understand their preferred method and tailor your messages to suit.
Q: How can my message make more of an impact?
A: Different messaging styles make an impact with your audience. SMS is an effective way to remind or send updates on information that’s previously been sent via email or event post.
Q: What else is important? (Email)
A: If you are using the system to market your company, products or services or for sending any other message with a commercial purpose, it's important to ensure you are adhering to A.D.M.A. regulations by providing an 'opt out' option to your recipients. Speak to your Medianet Account Manager to set up a return path process for your recipients.
